Cap-IM Stony Trivia Quiz Prize Post
The first ever Cap-IM Stony Trivia Quiz was held over Discord on May 16th.
We had four excellent teams: thank you to everyone for showing up despite timezones and participating in the quiz. Thanks as well to all of our wonderful spectators. We hope you had a fantastic time, and learnt at least one new trivia fact about Steve/Tony across the multiverse!
First of all, we'd like to thank our wonderful host,![[tumblr.com profile]](https://www.tumblr.com/favicon.ico)
captainneverever, who came up with the idea of running a quiz. Neverever, as a token of our appreciation of everything you do for the community and the ship and because we had a blast running it with you, we'd like to crown you as our very first Stony Quizmaster!
Each quiz contestant, along with the Discord role of "quizling", is the recipient of their very own badge! Congratulations on taking part in this special event.
In every competition, someone has to come last... and this was no different. It was a well-fought battle against difficult odds, but Team Mark 3000's two valiant members aren't coming away with nothing:
We were very impressed with all the team names, but one stood out in particular - Best Team Name goes to Team Stark Spangled Standouts!
As you know, online events can be very exciting and fast paced - this one was very challenging since the teams were practically neck-to-neck the entire quiz!
We as the mod team faced a mathematical challenge of great proportions - as the dust settled we realised that we had overlooked an extra point, which meant that our two high-scoring teams were, in fact, still tied.
So we asked ourselves, what would Cap do?
We would like to recognize that this Stony Trivia Quiz has two champions - two teams that banded together and got almost every single question in the quiz correct! Our joint winners are ... Team Confused, Late and Without Starbucks and Team Too Early for Asia.
Both teams will be awarded the graphic novel prize, and both get badges!
