2020 Rec Week: All New Monday!

This year, we celebrated one year since Avengers: Endgame aired. It's been 8 years since the Avengers first assembled in the MCU, and by now there are certain themes, set-ups, costumes and songs that make us think "yes, that's a 2012 Stony fanwork!".
But we don't always need to look back to older works to get a taste of that classic vibe - there are plenty of recent works that feel like the creator just dived right into 2012. On All-New Monday it is time to tell us about your new favorites - Steve/Tony fanworks that were posted recently but bear the hallmarks of a 2012 fanwork. We welcome recs for fics, artwork, podfics, vids, manips, edits and more!
Note: Please mark major warnings for your recs, and let us know why you’re reccing a work.

Summary: Canon divergence sort of fix it for CW/Death of Captain America with hints of all the bad that went on around the two of them at the time
Comment: On the one hand, a classic 616-CW-fix-it. On the other, a scenario I can't recall reading before: Tony saving Steve's life on the courthouse steps. I love how this event blasts through their walls enough to make them talk, but doesn't simply erase all the circumstances. Extra points for the Tony Extremis POV.
A New Day [Art] by Cachette (MCU)
Summary: Steve has always seen in greys and blacks. Even before the ice the colours never developed fully, there were hints of colours, mostly blue or red, Bucky's eyes, Peggy's lips but he never saw anything like what was described in the books. The first colour he sees in the 21st century is the bright red and gold of Iron Man, sleek, futuristic and a total mystery.
Comment: Gorgeous art of Steve in the past, the ice, and the future. I just love the clear choice of panels, the symbolism and the striking use of colour.
