There are five days left to sign up to the Cap-IM Holiday Exchange!

Signups close on October 11, 22:00 UTC (what time is it for me?) — you can see a countdown until sign-ups close here.

Excited about the exchange but not sure what it entails or how to sign up? Have a read of our thorough event guidelines and sign-up instructions and check out our example sign-up before heading over to AO3 to join. If you still have questions, check out our FAQ or contact the mods.

You can also join our sign-up party on Sunday 10 October!

The mods will be on Discord and ready to help out throughout the day, so just ask for the #he role when you get to the server and then jump in with any questions that you have. You can also offer up ideas for the Community Gifts prompt list and cheer each other on as you sign up!

If you've signed up already, please take a moment to read through your sign-up again and make sure that you've got the right number of prompts per universe and that all your tags and details are correct. We'll be contacting participants if there's any issue that needs to be addressed. If you receive an email from us, don't worry — we've all been there, and mods are happy to help sort things out!

Please make sure all your changes and final edits are done by October 11, 22:00 UTC (what time is it for me?).
