Icons

Well, I've been lurking around the Steve/Tony fandom for a while, and I felt like I should contribute! And I'd like to get to know everyone. *waves* Hiiiii! But since I procrastinate liek woah and so can never finish fic, I figured I should contribute some icons.

Things I learned while making these icons:

1) Steve and Tony are SO TOTALLY IN LOVE.

2) I never ever want to read any more Civil War. *consoles herself with RR&R-verse*  :(

This is Batch One, more will follow shortly. I can't take credit for the caps, all original images were taken from

[personal profile] runenklinge[Bad username or unknown identity:   ]or the Slashiest Steve/Tony Moments poll.

Credit would be nice, but I'd just be happy seeing people use my icons!

STEVE & TONY ARE SO DOING IT LOLZ

I'm hoping that this will cure my shyness and fear of commenting on fic...>_<

Also, does anyone have a scan with a scared Tony?

*waves* Hi there~ We can be (sort of) newbies together :D I agree, Civil War just depresses me to think about. I was dreading reading it even before I was a Steve/Tony shipper. As a writer, I can appreciate it, as a fan I loath it.

The icons are great :D I might end up taking a few. I'll let you know which ones if I do.

Also: Yay for conquering shyness!

Yeah, I can completely understand the logic behind it, and it was a supposed to be a painful event for the characters and the fans, but it doesn't mean I have to like it XP

I'm just hoping the Registration Act has an expiration date like most acts of Congress do nowadays...once they fix of that crap, they can work on getting things good again (though maybe the Secret Invasion will do something like that...)

(speaking of Secret Invasion, watching Skrull!Steve's death in New Avengers was just as depression as real!Steve's death for me... Maybe I'm just traumatized from it)

As for Steve...I'm hoping desperately that they resurrect him somehow (and if they do, I'm thinking it'll be around the time the movie comes out), but I can understand if they make his death for Tony (or any of the pro-reg characters, really) sort of like Gwen Stacy's was for Spider-Man -- he could mark a turning point for the characters, as well as the universe at large, and bringing him back would cheapen his death in the first place.

Good, now that the literary critic in me got that out, allow me to say: I MISS STEVE BRING HIM BACK :'((((

*cough* Righto then

*waves* Welcome to the fandom! No need to be shy. We're all very friendly. Promise. :-)

Also, I don't have a scared Tony at hand, but I'm in the middle of rereading all the Iron Man back canon, so I will keep an eye out.

The 40 years of the Avengers CD is excellent. I got it for Christmas last year. I find the way the menus are broken up a bit silly, but since all the files are PDFs, I never use them anymore. I just open the folders on the CD and open the files directly.
