Spoilers: In panel 11, a strong gust occurs and all of steve's pocky is blown out and stabs straight into Tones's eyes, blinding him. In panel 12, tony's fuku uniform is also thrown overhead his panties, leaving him now both handicapped and humiliated for life. Thunder crashes. All is explained.

END: Steve tells him he has nothing to be embarrassed about because he too (!!!) happens to love Lucky Star, as Tony was wearing Konata panties that day. They join the Anime Club together and watch it, well Steve watches it and Tony listens. HAPPILY EVA AFTAH.

*dies* Something about the combination of anime-snark and the black-and-white almost 30s-style charcoal look in some of the panels is just made of awesome. And I love the combination of styles, between the smudgy charcoal-look and the sketchy line art.
