I need some help finding certain comic(s)

I am new to the community, though I have been lurking and commenting for a while. I am curious about which comics feature Tony becoming infected (if that is what happened, I am not sure) with Extremis. I did not start reading the comics until I saw Iron Man, so I am extremely behind on everything that has been going on (Civil War included). Thankies!

Yes, they uploaded all the individual issues to sendspace as .CBZ files, which you can play with the program Comical :)
