Notes Three watercolor sketches. One in which Steve finds out a truth abut sketching, one which involves naked chibis and a giant strawberry, and one that involves MJ and Tony





Watercolor = my art tool of choice. ^__^

So yeah three sketches.

On the top left, you have Steve learning a universal truth about sketching. No ones cares what you are drawing, but the moment you even think of drawing something naughty people come out of the woodwork asking if they can see your sketchbook.

The second . .. I'm suppossed to be doing a comic with strawberries. This is not that, but the image wouldn't get out of my head until I drew it. Chibi!Tony is clearly about to ambush Chibi!Steve. And either the paint bled onto Steve or he got Strawberry all over him.


And finally, MJ and Tony meet up in the hall on their way back to their respective significant others. Originally it was an embarrassed Peter spying Tony, but MJ in Peter's costume was SO much more adorable to me.

MJ and Tony's post-sex hair are perhaps one of my favorite bits of this whole page

*LOL* I just couldn't wrap my mind around Steve drawing something like that, hence the note. I'm actually thinking of studying some WPA art and seeing what style he might have been trained in and officially trying to do Steve!Art.

Maybe show what it was he was drawing (which in my head was inspired by naked Tony in the savage land).

And the first point, oh yeah I'll be all along drawing something mature and not only will people come up to try and see but I swear to god children appear from thin air.

But if I'm drawing bunnies and kitties and G rated rainbows, nobody even tries to take a peek.

I am in awe at how awesome this is! I love the usage of color... and it's from a set of crayola water colors. You truly win at life for that! The post-sex hair is phenomenal, but I do love the look on chibi Tony's face the most. So freaking cute and devious.

Dude, they are Amazing! They are cheap but oh so pretty. and easy to use. They are better than some higher priced brands that I've bought before. They act like real watercolors and not gouache, which a lot of the mid-priced watercolor seem to do (in fact the black I used is one of those midpriced gouache like things, but it was useful for it's thickness).

Crayola wateroclors are way underrated =P
I don't think they are that archival or light-fast which is why I guess they get shunned professionally but I say PFFT to such worries ^^

Isn't he though. Somehow how it took control of that and was like NO! I do not want to look innocent, I want to look like I'm plotting to jump little Steve. *L*

These are wonderful! I love all of their expressions, but especially Tony's, at the top. Of course, MJ in Peter's costume is totally made of win. *grins* And there is no way that chibi Steve and Tony should be so totally adorable with that giant strawberry. *giggles*

Thank you. I love MJ I was so happy I changed it from Peter to MJ three's just more humor there. And Somehow I see MJ and Tony getting along.

the giant strawberry happened because ellyr_in_ink went to the comic store and I thought we were meeting in the food place so I'm sitting there . . doodling and thinking of the strawberry comic I shuld be doing, and out came random cuteness *L*
