Seriously, anyone can icon any art of mine at any time. I was big into art appropriation and transformation in art school and icons are totally transformative enough that I'm not bugged by it given it takes some work to make an icon and therefore my artowrk just helps someone else make art ^__^

(besides honestly it's weird to have people as me if it's ok but I doubt you guys are asking the comic book artist =P)

So yeah, u can icon anything of mine without asking.

I'm so glad yu liked it! I really adored the fic it was intimate/hot/sweet/and funny all in good measure.

The security blanket stayed with me though because my brother had a blanky that he *had* to have or he'd not sleep. My sister and I bought him a security blanket when he went to college and he embraced it as a personality quirk and shows it to girls . . . and this works for him *LOL*

So older person with security thing just you know resonated I guess.
Also the image of Linus would not go away and Linus is the moral compass of the peanuts so .. it seemed to work =P

Honey, Linus was in my mind when I wrote that line :D I was obsessed with Peanuts when I was a kid and I still love them today. And Cap totally works as the Linus of the Avengers.

The canon love for his shield is what makes this work so well, I think *LOL*
