The shield is all Ellyr's fault I think. I don't know we were joking about the shield wanting to be carried like a kid and this just came from it.

And yes, Tony's' rejection only causes the armor to try harder, which is where Part II will happen, which will be up . . as soon as I finish it.

It's umm I don't know if happy is the right word but it's . . . sarcastic a little. I kidna poke fun at the inconsistent writing of Peter.

OHHHH I ahve two actually, but the other isn't even roughed out yet, just scripted, here have preview, because it is long and may be months before I get to it.

Panel One:
Tony: I feel that sacrificing a few personal liberties in trade for a greater degree of safety is TOTALLY the right thing to do! How dare you not agree, you ideology addled modernist scum!

Steve: One can never sacrifice personal liberties for safety! That way leads to destruction! I will not tolerate you ideals you facist post-modern corporate pig!


Panel Two:
Tony: So are ideas are conflicting and both feel we are 100% in the right.

Steve: It appears so.

Tony. Then we are left with two choices, talk or fight



Panel Three:
Dust cloud indicating a big fight.
Random Marvel character holds up a sign that says "Marvel Rule # 1: Never talk when the alternative involves leveling parts of New York in an all out melee".


Panel Four
Tony: AHA! I and my amazing military industrial complex like toys, have defeated your and your ideals of personal liberty over safety!

Steve: Is dead

Marvel Characters: OMG! The evil Iron Man, leader of a huge military-esque corporation killed Captain America *Hammer of symbolism needed*.


Red Skull: (small voice) I killed him! Me and my evil plan killed . . . *cries*

SHIELD: To draw this metaphor out more, lets put Tony in charge of a heavy handed government organization.

Tony: I want to drink

Steve: I'm still dead
