"Unbelievable!" Tony snapped, suddenly glaring at his laptop screen.

Steve looked up from his book about General Lee, and over at the man next to him in bed. "What's wrong?"

Tony was still glaring at his laptop. "Stupid, small mind morons," he muttered, before looking up at Steve. "They suspended scans_daily!"

Putting down his book, Steve raised an eyebrow. "You're upset because they suspended scans_daily?"

"I was just in the middle of reading an old issue of Superboy. Now where am I going to find out Mon-El's back story?" Tony almost whined.

"Are we talking about the same scans_daily that thinks Superman and Batman are having sex, right?" Steve asked.

"Yes, and they'd be correct," Tony told him typing furiously. Steve didn't know why Tony bothered, considering he could just post using his brain.

Steve rolled his eyes. "Tony, Bruce and Clark are not having sex."

Tony glanced up at him. "They're having just as much sex as we are," Tony paused. "Maybe less since Bruce works nights."

"I'm not having this conversation with you," Steve sighed. "If they were having sex I'm sure I would have noticed."

"Like you noticed Bobby Drake and Johnny Storm?" Tony asked, still typing.

Steve crossed his arms. "You need to stop imagining all of our friends are having sex with each other. It's -- not healthy."

"Sure it is, and it gives Emma fits," he muttered, still glaring at the screen.

Steve resisted on commenting that Emma Frost had better things to do than read Tony's mind to see if he was thinking about sex. "Tony, it was scans_daily. They didn't even like you, and they called you some pretty strong names." Steve pointed out.

"Machiavellian is not the worst thing anyone has ever called me," Tony told him. He shut the lid of his laptop and set it on the nightstand.

"Well, it wasn't true. They didn't understand you at all." Steve protested, wrapping an arm around Tony's shoulders. "If they really knew you, they would have understood why you did what you did."

Tony nuzzled Steve's throat. "Not everyone has your faith in me, Steve... and you are biased."

"Am not," Steve countered. He moaned softly at the feel of Tony's teeth on his throat. Tony's hands pressed into his lap, cupping his growing arousal.

"Not biased?" Tony grinned against his skin.

"Okay," Steve panted. "Maybe a little."

*glee* I love Tony slashing Clark and Bruce, and Steve's bafflement over why, exactly, he's so upset that an internet forum where everyone misjudged and hated him is gone (clearly, Steve protectiveness of Tony's honor is clouding his judgment as to the awesome, awesome crack).

And of course Tony's typing instead of just using the extremis -- nothing properly expresses one's anger at people who are Wrong On the Internet like furious typing.
