Fantastic Four: Dark Reign
Steve/Tony fans will want to check out the second issue of Fantastic Four: Dark Reign, in stores today. I don't necessarily want to spoil, but there are some AUs that Reed Richards explores that you will all DEFINITELY be interested in (and pleased by). When scans pop up, I'll try to provide the relevant images, but I thought you'd all want to know ASAP!
[E.T.A. Spoilers are now in the comments, for those who don't want to wait.]

SPOILERS
The concept of the issue is that Reed Richards is looking at different realities to figure out how Civil War was avoided in various alternate universes. There are a number of interesting scenarios that involve Steve and Tony to greater or lesser extents, (and at one point there's a random Elizabethan AU where Steve is in knight-style armor), but by far the best part of the issue is the brief glimpse of "Earth-3490," in which the world "benefited primarily from the romantic involvement of Captain America, Steve Rogers, and the Iron Woman, Natasha Stark." The accompanying panel shows Steve and "Natasha's" wedding, with Steve in his costume dipping what for all intents and purposes basically IS Tony in the armor, minus facial hair, with a veil attached to his/her helmet.
I'm sure the fact that Tony is randomly genderswapped has more to do with editorial interference and heteronormativity than anything else, but the fact remains that this makes CANON the idea that if Steve and Tony were married, Civil War wouldn't have happened and everyone would have been happier.

I know the arranged marriage prompt was for March, but I can so see Richards using a plot device to go back in time demand Tony and Steve get married... In every single dimension.

Okay, really going to burn in hell now.
Because Steve would probably be feeling somewhat shy in addition to happy, even on his wedding day, and Tony would be just deliriously happy. *admits to going a bit overboard with the color*

Even though I knew it was coming, it still took me by surprise. I wonder what the reaction was for people when they first turned the page before reading the text. XD

As for reactions, yeah...I should try that on my brother...*shifty look*

The link people shouldn't use is here: http://rs.4chan.org/?s=DARK+REIGN%3A+FANTASTIC+FOUR+2 , so you know what not to click.
*cough*
It's a pretty good comic. Richards' kids are SO cute.
