If You Love a Good Happy Ending
You may want to wander over to
bringthehappy. Prompts are closed, but I saw a number of Steve/Tony ones in there before they did, and all sorts of other comic fandom stuff too. I believe that the writing will commence tomorrow. Writing just opened.
Rules
1. ALL stories must have happy endings.
It doesn't have to involve puppies and kittens, but you should leave people smiling rather than sobbing.
2. ALL genres are welcome.
If you want to write happy-ending angst, that's fine. Fluff and crack are also welcome, as are action, whump, character studies, romances… you get the idea. This year, RPF is also welcome, but please be sure and label it accordingly in both prompts and fics.
3. ALL fandoms are welcome.
I'm going to get out there and advertise it as much as I can, but if you have a newsletter/fandom that you can reach for me, please let me know in comments.
4. ALL ratings are welcome.
We will be taking everything from the gentlest Gen to NC-17.
5. The Fest has 2 parts, the Prompt stage and the Writing stage.
Please read and follow the instructions in each case or the mod will look over her librarian glasses and tut at you, and no one wants that.
I made a couple of banners as well, if anyone wants to advertise about the place.

Classic Avengers:

I wanted to do one with Tony too, but I couldn't find a good picture of him where he's not looking angry or depressed. Maybe we could make the comments a Happy!Tony collection.

Anway, this seems like a fantastic idea.

She's open. Go have fun.

Which, considering it didn't actually happen, is rather depressing.

That is actually kind of depressing.

Marvel Adventures, the issue where he plays basketball with Steve. (and God, you're right. Tony practically never gets to be happy in core canon).

There was that bit with Jocasta from IM Volume Three, and a couple of okay shots in New Avengers (that I remembered after I posted this). Otherwise... I got nothing.
All my sad!Tony icons are on DW.
