I'm a little surprised I haven't seen a mention of this yet. Unless I missed the post on it.

Marvel and Madhouse are working on an Iron Man anime. There's a trailer here, and it looks rather nice.

I judge all Iron Man comics/animations based almost entirely on Tony's hotness (yeah... I'm shallow) and this didn't show him out of the armor- so I don't know what to think. >_

Have you seen the preview for the Wolverine anime? Cherry blossoms! Wolverine as a long-haired bishounen! More cherry blossoms! It was like the Wolverine/anime answer to Saturday Morning Watchmen (i.e. how many animated cliches can we pack into this glorious bastardization of a comicbook character).

Oh God, I can't wait. I've kind of wanted to see CLAMP make an Avengers anime with a similar art style to Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicles for ages. Can you imagine how gorgeous Wanda's magic would be, done CLAMP-style? And Don Blake would totally have a sparkly transformation sequence as he turned into Thor. With mystic-sounding chanting in the background.
