iridania wrote one of the cutest fic ever (italian only, sorry >.<) and this fanart is inspired by it. :D

If you can't, the fic is about child!Tony tinking around and failing badly at some experiment. He ends up in the past for the matter of seconds - just enough to catch a glimpse of child!Steve.

Oh! That is such a cute drawing! It's making me very jealous that I don't know Italian. ;-) The clothing, their expressions, the wrench... it's very polished-looking and so adorable.
