Cap_Ironman Fic exchange reminder
Hi all! Just to remind all you authors and artists that signups are due by the end of Wednesday.

As a extra note, there's been some talk in the wider fandom community about social anxiety and coping with fic exchanges and deadlines; I'd like to make it clear that if you sign up, and then realise for whatever reason that you can't complete your end, it's not a huge deal and the mods won't flip their lids.
If you can't complete your part, just let us know as soon as possible (so we can arrange a pinch-hit.) Email the exchange at cap.ironman.fic.exchange@googlemail.com with something like "I'm sorry but I will not be able to complete this challenge." That's enough, and it's fine, and the mods will make arrangement so your giftee is not disappointed.
