Canon Question about Steve

Does anyone happen to know what the schooling history of 616-Steve is supposed to be in current canon? Did he finish high school? I'm under the strong impression he did, but that doesn't make a lot of sense to me if his mother is supposed to have died when he was 14ish. As a sort of side question, does anyone know anything about Ult!Steve's education? Any information at all would be helpful. Thank you!

Banner was very much down though. In addition, you got the feeling that he resented Captain America for being the success while he just mutilated himself and became The Hulk. But in Ultimate Origins the recruitment officer says that Steve is smart, so I'm going with canon. :)

Oh, Ultimates. Yeah, whatever Ult!Steve's flaws, he's very clearly not stupid.
