I would hope he'd stick to the old army tradition of an eagle. Or a naked woman riding an eagle.

It's a sharpy. They wrote the names of the rescue workers on their arms, during the 9/11 recovery efforts. Steve says later in the same volume that he doesn't like tattoos.

I thought so. Then again, I'm in a military family and a few of them have similar tattoos, in case both dogtags were lost I suppose.
