Hmm... Though hasn't the Avengers' ongoing time-travel adventure shown that Tony's gonna be a spritely and active 100+ year old Iron Man?
And I totally agree about Maria Stark! More about her would be awesome... (Maybe, something will inspire you to write that fic? *hopeful*) Would be especially interesting since Howard has been almost exclusively set up an a massive asshole... But also quite competent (Also an agent in a morally dubious organisation as a partner to Agent Nathaniel Richards, btw o.O)... So would be really really hot to see a Maria able to be an under-handed with him... Though hopefully she was somewhat nice... Tony deserves atleast one parent who gave a shit about him...
