OMG, I want to watch the entire animated video series about them. On VHS!

I love Toni's minidress over bodystocking ensemble and the flame job on the electric guitar she's shredding. And Stephanie's headband, and the fact that she's got an acoustic guitar.

Does Toni Stark have sparkly earrings that turn her into her secret alter-ego, Iron Rocker Girl? And do they face off against rival girl band The Mistresses of Evil, led by Baroness Zemo*?



*girl!Helmut Zemo, obviously - the Zemo you can't spell without "emo."

I will admit, I may have been watching a few too many magical-singing-girl cartoons before drawing this picture...

You make me want to write a fic now (or maybe you'd like to since you've got some pretty awesome ideas going there? :D ).

I stole the awesome ideas from Jem and the Holograms, which is basically an American Magical Singing Girl cartoon from the 80s. The heroine had sparkly magic earrings that turned her - transformation sequence and all - into a pink-haired rock star who looked kind of like Diamondback, and then she and her fellow girl band members faced off against a rival 'evil' girl band (who were mostly just kind of surly, since it was a kids cartoon). The only part of the plot I actually remember is the bit where a member of the Holograms and a member of The Klash are trapped together on a tropical island and have to save one another's lives from an exploding volcano, learning an important and femslashy lesson about teamwork.

This is adorable. I love Stephanie's and Toni's very different guitar styles. And yeah, I would totally watch this show and/or read this fic.
