I'm pretty sure it does that in Civil War, too. There the Millar-written issue where Maria Hill attacks him in his apartment in Brooklyn and he jumps out the window into the back of a fighter plane and the apartment is destroyed, and then there are later Brubaker and Bendis written issues of NA and CA that I swear feature the DUMBO apartment still being intact.
