I used to have more but my HD got accidentally wiped some time ago and I lost a lot of stuff. These are the ones I've collected back so far. Hope it is of help.

The thicker lines, I usually include chin and neck too. But you can experiment and come up with something you like.

Many artists leave the finer lines for the face and clothes/body details. Also for background objects. Here are some examples from comics and webcomics:

In the end, though, it's up to you to decide how to play with the lines' width.
