ww2 fic, steve drawing iron man comic? (found)

I've gone through the fic tag back to 2009 and still can't find this fic:

Steve got hired onto the Iron Man comic in pre- soldier serum mode, (I think he'd been a janitor at Tony's company). Can't remember if he joined the Super Soldier program or not. anyone remember it?
