I also enjoyed Captain America more than Thor. Now, granted, I was a little more invested in the character, but I think Captain America also benefited from having one main character to follow. Thor had to introduce both Loki and Thor and it felt a little scattered to me, as a result. Also, the romance felt a forced and rushed and I resented the decision to turn Jane into a scientist. (Sorry, ranty-rant aside--I hate that strong women can only seem to come in two varieties in action movies: supersmart!scientist and hot!martialartist/mistress-with-an-axe/whip/phallic-sword-WHATEVER. Like it wasn't perfectly valid to have her be an EMT, like that was BENEATH her, somehow. I LIKE Natalie Portman and I like Jane so I really wanted to like movie!Jane, but I found myself just kinda bored by her. Then again, I ♥'d Sif so...)

Also, yay for converting the masses!!
