Oh, what is this new LJ posting box?

Well, mostly I just lurk here, I admit. After 4 solid hours of trying to hunt this down between LJ and AO3, I decided a plea for help couldn't be amiss.

I read a ton between four separate computers (and books, but hey at least I don't lose those!), so I misplace links and bookmarks a good lot. Between the two I currently have within house-limits, it seems to be nonexistant. Anyways, it's a one-shot fic of Tony being naturally around in Steve's era, pre-serum. He gets the serum, Tony's kind of avoidant, Steve puts a stop to that, and I'm fairly certain sexy times ensued against a wall? Or it starts there anyways. They've had an established relationship beforehand.

If anyone knows it and can point me in that direction, I would love you forever. ♥

Also, recs of Tony in the 1940s (whether natural or by some happenstances) wouldn't be unwelcome. I've read a lot, but I don't doubt I've missed some here and there.

Hi! I think this fic (http://avengers-kink.dreamwidth.org/522.html?thread=38922#cmt38922) from the kink meme might be the one you want. Is this right, or is it a different one?

Alas, my heart is yours! Thank you so much; I didn't even think about checking DW. I'm on that site so rarely.

And oh goodness, I had no idea about that comm. How it ever slipped by, I'll never know, but it's certainly bookmarked now. :)

That's probably because I never posted it on the comm properly and just have it posted on my LJ and at the kink on DW....I was planning to re-post when I edited things and add actual...plot instead of plain XXX...but that never happened lol.
I got caught up in slowly writing an Ironman Noir fic that was also put on the back burner. In short...I'm rusty when it comes to writing. I usually post fanart and the like...

For Tony in the 40s, there have been several Iron Man Noir fics:
* Indelible, which is a crossover of 616 and IMN. (I wrote it, so it came to mind first. Sorry. LOL)
* Look here, look back, look ahead by Marinarusalka
* A Window in the sky by manic intent. (She also wrote The Tower of Yesterday, wherein IMN Tony wakes up after being frozen.)
* Living in Clover by ailette, wherein Tony is sent to the WWII era by an accident, and its sequel, The Missing Fourth Leaf.

I've read a chunk of those and one is poised in another tab for tomorrow's procrastination hour, ahaha. Pfffft, engineering coursework, who needs it? There's a couple of new ones for me though, and oh god, you have made my day (at least!). Almost 44k words, 616, Noir, and your writing has always been such a joy to read. hjdkmkkl; ♥

It's honestly one of my most favorites of the things I've read, across all fandoms even. It was a utter joy to run across a short story, and a kink meme fill at that, that honestly felt like a complete universe. (And good lord, am I ever going to stalk whatever backlog you have now!)
