Interpol is my favourite band, so the title alone had me flailing a little (public pervert <3). The flailing totally increased at the beautiful drawing. So pretty <3. Also I have a thing for Tony wearing gloves , so his clinging to Steve's shirt? So much unf.

I was drawing it and I'd drawn his hand and I just sort of randomly decided to turn it into a glove, because obviously this pic needed gloves because they are awesome and sexy. Rawr.

It is one of my favourites, I love the lyrics so much. I can't seem to pick up a definite favourite though: it is mostly a struggle between Not Even Jail and Leif Erikson, except for all the times I go "no, my favourite is totally Stella/PP/ATTBSS".

Anyway, it was an obviously highly inspired modification, since gloves make pretty much everything better (as I finished typing this, my mind has conjured up an image of Tony completely naked save for his gloves). I love how the IM movies made me attracted to things like suits of armor, protective gloves and goggles, and glowing high tech batteries.

I was gonna have him gripping Steve's belt loops - which is basically the sexiest thing ever in my book - but I couldn't get his hand to look right so I went with the shirt. Happy to hear it still got the message across!
