I caught this Avengers promo after the most recent episode of Castle.  Needless to say, there was a deafening amount of squeeing in my house.  There are no spoilers, so feel free to watch!

I find the hair thing mildly disturbing.

Why am I now trying to figure out how a crossover would work. I bet Castle is a Cap fanboy if nothing else. Maybe he gets to interview him for a novel, and Tony gets all :/ and hits on a completely unimpressed Beckett in retaliation.
