fanvid-inspired fic search for non-established relationship

I recently saw a fanvid on youtube that inspired me to search for steve/tony angst. But then I saw the tag for angst, and now I feel dumb. Studying for finals has messed up my brain; I apologize.
(Confession: I'm actually pretty new to this fandom. And by new, I mean I discovered this yesterday. *sheepish* I haven't actually seen the movie yet; for that I curse my finals.)

Anyways, if you guys can recommend any steve/tony angst fanfics then that would be great. ^^;
(I feel like I'm ship-cheating on Watson with Steve. :P hehe)

Additionally, if you could recommend any non-established relationship fics then that would be really great. *grin*

This one has pretty much become my head-cannon pre-movie. It does involved PTSD and suicidal!Steve, but it's handled pretty well.

Welcome! Also, If you haven't hit up AO3 yet either, every other Tony/Steve seems to be angsty "will they, wont they?" kind of stuff. There's like 1000+ fics on there.

Awesome, thanks! I've had an account on there for a while, so I know AO3 exists, which is also why I'm avoiding it right now until finals are over - it's a huge distraction, and I lose track of time whenever I visit AO3. lol

Yes, AO3 definitely has an abundance of fanfic - I love how you can sort it by hits. I've had an account for a while, actually. But I'm trying to avoid visiting that site until finals are over, seeing as it can be very distracting. d: hehe

Anyways, I'll definitely have to look through it once finals are over.
