I haven't even read this yet, but I just thought I'd say that I gaped at the descrip for a full minute, stuck somewhere between awe and glee. I spent the ENTIRE DAY crying internally about the fact that I had yet to discover a sub!Steve fic. Based on what else I've read of yours, this is bound to be tremendous.
