Why you're recommending the piece Ian Rogers fix-it. This was the fic that introduced the concept of Ian Rogers to me and broke my heart because he was already "dead" in the comics. I think what I love the most about this story is the interactions between Ian and Tony. I also like that Steve can't immediately make a move on Tony once he's able to.
