About the new (Secret Wars) Marvel announcement

Under cut for Hickman's Avengers and New Avengers spoilers and the next main event (Secret Wars).

I was just wondering if anyone else is worried? Or if this is just a clever way to dismantel the Ultimate universe? (I've never read Ultimate!verse so I am not sure what's going on there).
This is the link of Marvel's announcemente LINK and basically "they are dissolving the Ultimate Universe into the main 616 Marvel continuity. Details are scarce, but so far we know that there is the equivalent of a major continuity alteration underway after the big Secret Wars event. Secret Wars #1 ships in May, while what is presumed to be the last issue of Miles Morales: Ultimate Spider-Man is likely April’s #12"
