It's time to vote!

Behind the cut is the poll with which we will hopefully pick the 5 slashiest moments of all. Because LJ poll questions actually do have a size limit, links to the scans are not included. To review the scans again, go back to the list we compiled. It has been updated and contains all 54 moments nominated with their references and scans. (We're missing two scans, though. I even went to scans_daily looking for them, but after going through 60 Iron Man posts I was in too much pain and had to stop. That comm can be nasty.)

A bit of "How To" for the poll:

1. There's a maximum of 15 possible answers for a question in LJ polls, so the 54 moments have been split into four sections. You don't have to vote in each section. If you don't want to vote for any of the moments in a given section, just leave it blank.
2. We're aiming to determine the top 5 slashiest moments, but you are more than welcome to vote for more than 5 moments. Just keep in mind that if everyone votes for all 54, we'll just have a 54-way tie. *g* Try to pare your choices of "slashiest moments" down as much as you can bear to.
3. If you change your mind after you vote, it is possible to change your vote in the poll. To do so, click on the poll number, then click on "Fill out poll", then change your answers as desired and resubmit the poll.
4. If you have any questions, comment!

*laughs* They have so many awesome slashy moments! I ended up choosing 12 myself, and that was pretty tough.

*grins* As incredibly slashy as some of the angsty and life-saving scans are, sometimes I think it's the casual little ones that are more slashy. I mean, they'd be upset over anyone's death, right? And they'd risk their lives to save anyone, right? Okay, maybe not quite so emotionally, but still. *g* But these casual little moments...that's just them enjoying each other. :-)

I voted "Hug and fly" because that along with Civil war were my flags to back-check my collection and go- "huh, wow look at all of this." I think alot of moments that people will choose will be their affirming moment the scene they saw that made them see all those previous and later scenes as slash. That is my opinion...

I haven't really decided. Probably Thursday. That gives people a week to vote, which seems people a pretty reasonable time frame to vote in. And I think the moments have pretty much settled into their rankings at this point, unless five to ten people with wildly different opinions suddenly show up to vote. *g*

Ok, I noticed that we had no scans of Casualties of War, and that is a TRAVESTY. So I uploaded... a whole lot to my photobucket account. You can feel free to pick and choose which to save or link from the post.

Also, I can't believe we didn't include the time that Steve taught Tony how to fight! I didn't even realize it wasn't on the list until I was looking at Casualties of War again. If I find that issue, I'll add them. I'll try to find the maternal thing, too.

Thank you for uploading scans of both of these! I've added them to the list. :-) And wow, it was hard to pare down Casualties of War. I tortured myself until I got it down to 8 scans and left it there.
