ah, normally I have a decent enough memory to be able to find whatever I remember reading, but this one is evading me. (Though knowing my luck, it's something like 10 pages back in the comm and I'm just an idiot)

However, all I can remember is it starts off with Tony being tortured/experimented on, and the plot behind it involves Justin Hammer, and Tony ends up with a hardware upgrade on his temple. (I vaguely recall this being some kind of challenge response, but since I can't find it...)

I'm also kind of looking for a fic where Tony gets involved in studying the Tesseract while Steve is gone/not around to supervise(?) and goes a little insane on it and gets forced into taking leave, and later Jane thanks him for all his work on it.

sigh. memory fail REALLY sucks. Seriously, wasn't there a 2010 Bigbang masterpost? Cause it's not there anymore and that's very upsetting. If there was a 2010 bigbang that is. (I swear, I keep remembering fics I read but can't find on AO3 or ToS and have no idea where else they'd be.)
