2014 Reverse Bang reminder

February 17th: art drafts due/art sign ups close
February 22nd: art claims (writer sign ups)
March-April: arting and wording
Posting starts May 1st and will continue all month

Art drafts are due today! Submitting a draft counts as “signing up” for the fest, there is no separate artist sign up this year.

Writers!  We’re going to have another huge batch of art for you guys this year. \o/  Art claims (writer sign ups) will be happening Saturday Feb 22nd.  It will be similar to last year’s claim process, with one change.  There will be two batches of claims, one of which will hopefully go live when it isn’t the middle of the night in your time zone.

Potential authors, remember:

• You will be writing a companion fic to accompany your assigned art.


• Reverse bang fics must be 6k words minimum.


• Having your reverse bang fic beta read is strongly recommended.


• You may not publicly post reverse bang projects on any site before the fest reveal in May.


• You must put in the effort to maintain communications and collaborate with your assigned artist.
