Hey all!

It happens tomorrow!
Claiming will open Saturday 22nd and will as previously stated happen in 2 rounds. This is to allow as many people as possible to participate and get in before it's all gone :)

We will do our utmost to reply and assign as fast as possible, but please remember we're only mere humans, who haven't got access to the speed force, JARVIS or Steve's reflexes. So it may take us a little time to reply and strike out the already taken art. This is why you need to give us more than one option.


Instructions for what to do when claims open

* Read the rules and guidelines. (Preferably before we open - better be ready, right?)

* DON'T PANIC (imagine that in large, friendly letters - grab a towel if needed).

* Look over the art in the post, find some you like. Keep in mind that this is the draft stage, and that artists will have two months in which to finish their art.

* Comment to the claims post with the names of at least 3 pieces you'd like to write for in order of priority.

* Include your username/preferred pseudonym and what kind of account it relates to. As many as you like/will need (LJ, DreamWidth, AO3, tumblr etc.) and your email.

* Claims are first come, first serve. You will be given the first available option in your priority list.

* Wait for a mod to reply with a "you got [name]" or similar comment. When you get that, you are signed up!

* Wait for us to get confirmation mails out to both artists and authors - those mails will have the contact info for both of you and other practical info. (This may take up to a few days, but don't worry, the comment we give on the post is your sign-up confirmation.)

* Contact your teammate! It's up to you guys to begin talking to each other. Get in touch, collaborate, and most importantly keep each other informed of your progress or difficulties. (Probably the biggest time sink doing these fests for the mods is running down participants who stop responding to their teammates. Cut us a break and don't go awol!)

* HAVE FUN! :)


There is the same number of artworks in either round, and no duplicates.
Each piece can only be claimed once.

The universe has a different plan for the once highly decorated Captain of the Honor Guard. The universe drops a Courtesan by the name of Tony Stark into his life. His crew from the engineer with anger management issues to the pilot who may be a beautiful but deadly assassin wants him to take the commission. What ends up being a simple commission puts his crew in jeopardy and could change all of humanity, because the Courtesan is not really just a pretty face and the Captain of the Honor Guard can fall in love far too easily with a man of conviction - and Tony Stark is a man of conviction.

Summary:Proof that Tony Stark has a heart." Tony picked up the paper attached to the post it that Pepper had sent him. After unraveling it, he stared at the picture in horror. He was looking down at Steve’s body and his face his damn face is what said it all. Steve was lying on the rubble under a taxi and Tony was trying to see if he was responsive. His face was almost in agony looking down at Steve. In this high resolution photo you could almost see the tears that Tony was holding back ("There was a lot of dust!" he kept telling Clint afterwards) They'd just finished fighting a couple of nasty robots when the last one hurled a taxi at Steve and knocked him down trapping him under the thing. Tony was going to sue whoever publish this photo, no not sue BANKRUPT them to be precise!!
Pepper had sent him the original picture the photographer had taken. She had attached it to the original article which it was published in.The Headline read "Are things steaming up behind the scenes for playboy billionaire Tony Stark and whole some apple pie Steve Rogers?" Great, just great! thought Tony, now I got to deal with this.
Notes: This is my first shot at writing fanfiction so comments would be very much appreciated! :) Also Stony will not happen for a couple of chapters but if you like arguments/sexual tension/and buildup you'll like this. ;D
