It is time for the unveiling of gifts! Each day, between December 26th to January 1st, we will be revealing the gifts created by participants of the 2015 Cap-Ironman Holiday Exchange. After the last gifts are posted on the 1st, there will be a short window during which you can try to guess at the creators’ identities, and then, on January 3rd, we will reveal all of the authors and artists who participated this year.

Here are today’s gifts!

I'll wait if you tell me what I'm waiting for for McG (MCU AU, 8,955 words])
Look, Tony's happy Bucky's safe and he's happy Steve has him back. But Tony'd be happier still if he weren't hanging out in relationship limbo waiting on something they never really had a chance to start

Cornered for Kisariiem (MCU, 1,932 words)
For the prompt: A/B/O AU (but where Alphas/Betas/Omegas have equal rights and there is no obvious prejudice). Tony is Steve’s Omega. Newly mated pairs experience feelings of possessiveness, protectiveness and horniness. But the serum enhances it. Cue Steve trying to keep Tony locked up in his room protected by his shield while being embarrassed about the whole situation, and Tony being amused by it.

Suzie, that Motherfucking Demonic Beastly Animal for anassa_anemou (MCU, 4,521 words)
Tony did not ask to be a parent, especially not to a motherfucking demonic beastly animal.
The rest of the Avengers are sympathetic. Steve, the ass, doesn't even notice.

Flying for MiniRaven (Art)
Steve and Tony go flying.

The Tchotchke Cha Cha for scifigrl47 (MCU, 7,269 words)
What started off as one impulse buy souvenir snowballs into a constant flow of knickknacks from all over the world, and Steve is starting to wonder if it's more than just Tony being nice.

Operation Matchmaker for inukagome15 (MA, 8,125 words)
The supervillains of New York decide to set up Tony and Steve on a date in hopes that they'll start dating. The Avengers would like them to figure it out. But Tony and Steve think all the weird crime is just another day's work. What will it take for them to finally see the light?

Coming Home for tonystarksnipples (MCU, 10,832 words)
Tony and Steve dated while they were in college, but haven't spoken in years. Tony has married, and taken the reins at Stark Industries, while Steve joined the army. But Steve came home broken. Struggling with depression and addiction, he turns up at Tony's door with nowhere left to turn, and Tony offers him a place to stay.

Steve Rogers Does (Not Do) Marriage Counseling for ElectricityLingerss (MCU, 6,411 words)
Natasha and Clint are kidnapped by HYDRA during a routine missoin. Steve and Tony have to go undercover as a married couple at a couples counseling weekend to uncover where they're being held. Except they had kissed at the SHIELD holiday party the day before and Tony doesn't want to talk about it. What is Steve going to do?

Think of This as Solving Problems (That Should Never Have Occurred) for captainshellhead (616, 35,216 words)
No one knows Tony is Iron Man. Then Tony gets amnesia, and literally no one knows Tony is Iron Man.

To check out all of this year’s gifts (so far!), head over to the 2015 Captain America/Iron Man Holiday Exchange. Want more? Look at all the past entries by using the Holiday Exchange tag on the Cap-Ironman LiveJournal Community. On Ao3 you can view the 2013, 2014 and 2015 exchange entries in the Captain America/Ironman Holiday Exchange Collection.

When your gift is revealed, please be sure to thank your gifter!

If you’re the creator of a gift that’s been revealed, you can comment back to anyone who comments on your work and it will show up as “Anonymous Author” until the creator names are revealed on the 3rd, so please feel free to comment as much as you like.

We’ll be announcing all the gifts for today on Tumblr as well as here, if you would like to reblog it.

Finally, you may want to change the publication date of your work to today’s date, to help it show up in the Ao3 listings for recent works. AO3’s guide is available here and there is a more detailed guide on how to do so here.

Thanks,

Salma, Tea, and Teyke
Your Cap-Ironman Holiday Exchange 2015 Team
