Comics Wednesday: Discussion

Due to me working at an event this is a little late, but here it is: The first issue of Captain America: Steve Rogers is out and the Civil War II set up is slowly creeping through all the titles and I'm sure readers have thoughts!



So, how big are our Steve feels? How are we feeling about the whole Civil War thing so far?

Discuss away about all the comics and all Steve and Tony moments (new issues, old issues, all you want to talk about is welcome) and be aware that this discussion may have spoilers for comics you haven't read yet. Remember you can also talk comics on chat in the #cap-im-spoilers channel. Let people on the main channel know you'll hang out there and you'll certainly find someone who wants to talk comics with you.

Remix Opportunity

I wanted to point everyone who had fun taking part in our very first cap_ironman Remix at the beginning of this year, and all those who perhaps became interested after reading the awesome remixes that were written, at a new multi-fandom remix challenge called remix_me.

The concept is different from the remix we ran. Here you offer 5-7 specific fics in the 500-10 000 words range up to be remixed and people will claim specific fics in the matching process. Steve/Tony was already nominated in some fandoms, but if you want to play make sure it's nominated in the fandoms you want to offer fic up for remixing in. More about it in the rules.


RULES - SCHEDULE - TAGSET - NOMINATIONS

There will also be the option for people who don't sign-up to write sort of "Madness" style additional remixes for all the fics people offered up for remixing. Writing treats is a good way to try your hand at remixing without pressure. It would be nice to see some Steve/Tony in the mix of fics that are offered up to be remixed there!
