2019 Cap-IM Reverse Bang: Beta Reader Reminder

With one week until the first 2019 Cap-IM Reverse Bang team posts their work (exciting!), it's time to remind our writer participants about beta readers again!

While beta readers are not a compulsory part of participating in any of the Cap-Iron Man challenges and events, we do recommend them, as having a second pair of eyes can help you feel more confident about your work, and also to identify things that you missed which could improve your fic!

Have a look through our Beta Resource Post to find out all about what a beta does, how to find a beta, and what you should say when contacting someone if you're new to the process, want a refresher, or think some tips might come in handy.

You can also jump straight into browsing available Stevetony betas - there are currently 40 active betas on our list! You can contact them directly through one of the methods listed; ensure you have a look at their workaround time to see if they will be able to beta your fic in time. Please remember to respect that the person(s) you contact are not under any obligation to beta your work if it doesn’t suit them.
