Captain America & Iron Man Midyear Exchange — Call for Artists & Sign-up Corrections!

Thank you to everyone who has signed up for the Midyear Exchange! As mentioned before, this is the first time it's been run as a formal exchange and we almost have the match numbers worked out. However, to ensure that everyone receives an assignment to work on...

We still need 2 more artists to sign up for the exchange!

If you'd like to join, please contact the mods at cap.im.events@gmail.com by Monday, June 15th and we can arrange for you to sign up in the collection! Similarly, if any current participants can take on an additional art assignment (whether you've signed up as an artist, writer, or both), please let us know!


During this time, we'll also be reaching out to any participants who need to correct their sign-ups. We'll be sending out emails during the next 2 days so please make sure that you check your email and make all necessary changes by Monday, June 15th.

If we don't hear back from you or see any changes to your sign-up, we'll either have to make the adjustments on your behalf or omit your form from the exchange section of the event. If you aren't contacted, that means that you're good to go!


Lastly, we'd like to remind everyone that we always need pinch-hitters in events like these! If you'd like to sign up as a pinch-hitter, please contact us at cap.im.events@gmail.com and we'll add you to our list.
