Posting dates for the 2019 Cap-Iron Man Big Bang have been scheduled! All participants have been sent an email today with their team's posting date, as well as information about extensions.

2019 Cap-IM Holiday Exchange Sign-Ups Reminder

There are only a few days left! The 2019 AO3 Collection is open for sign-ups until October 31st 17:00 UTC (what time is it for me?), so don’t miss your chance to join!

If you have signed up already, please take a moment to read through your sign-up again. Double check that:

• you have 1-4 long prompts and 1-4 short prompts for each request
• you have at least 2 long prompts and 2 short prompts across all requests in your sign-up
• your short prompts don't exceed the 15 word maximum

Please take the time to read over the rules and sign-up instructions and example sign-ups before heading over to AO3 to join. If you still have questions after reading those, check out the FAQ.

We've contacted participants that have sign-ups with something that needs clarification an issue that needs to be addressed—you have until sign ups close to fix them. Please make sure all changes and final edits are done by October 31st 17:00 UTC (what time is it for me?). Note that once sign-ups close, any incorrect and incomplete sign-ups will be deleted so matching can start on time.
