Let's continue to encourage fandom growth by reccing some of the new fanworks you've enjoyed over the last year. What tickled your fancy or made you cry? What made you fall in love with Steve and Tony all over again? Which incredible fanwork has a criminally low hit count that needs remedying, stat? Share all your new-found gems with us today.

2021 Rec Week Themes and Schedule

Multiverse Monday, July 19: Travel the multiverse with your recommendations.
Tropey Tuesday, July 20: Come and rec works that have your favourite tropes.
What-If Wednesday, July 21: Time to rec some AUs! Canon divergence, magic, fusions, modern-day settings… send them all in!
Different Media Thursday, July 22: A rec day highlighting fanwork types like moodboards, manips, fanvids, podfics and artworks!
Laugh out Loud Friday, July 23: What works have made you giggle, smirk, snort or smile lately? Which ones do you go back to for a pick me up of feel-good brain chemicals? Rec them and spread the joy!
Something New Saturday, July 24: Which gems have you fallen in love with or enjoyed over the last year? Share them with us today!
Cap-IM Sunday, July 25: Rec all your favorite works created for a cap-ironman challenge!

There are several ways to participate:

• Comment on the special daily posts that will go up on our Dreamwidth and Livejournal communities. (Anon commenting allows anyone to participate this way, even if you don’t have an account.)


• Reply directly to each rec day's Tumblr post that will go up on our Cap-Iron Man Tumblr page.


• Make a Tumblr post with your recommendations, mention @cap-ironman and tag it with #capimrecweek within the first five tags on the post. Please include the day’s theme somewhere so that we can reblog it on the right day.


• Post rec(s) on Twitter matching the day's theme and mention @ cap-ironman so that we can retweet it.


• Post rec(s) in the #stony-recs channel of our Cap-IM Challenges Discord server.

STONY Bingo 2021 Round 1 Prize Claim Post!

This Bingo round will end July 31st 2021! The new round starts on August 1st.



Get ready to claim your prizes for BINGO! 2021 Round 1! Just a reminder that all fills for this round must be posted before it’s no longer July anywhere in the world. For a refresher of all of the bingo guidelines, check out the information post here.

If you’re already finished, claim now! But please have all your prize claims completed by the end of August 14 so that we can finish the master post, give you your prize, and show off all your amazing fills.

To claim a prize, comment here with the following info:

• your username
• a link to your bingo card and round-up
• what prize you're claiming (row, column, diagonal, or blackout)
• links to each fic or art (or a link to a post where these links are gathered, if you've already made a masterlist somewhere)

Remember that if you're claiming in the comments here, it should be for the 2021 Round 1 bingo.
