Today is all about those fanworks with tropes or universes or themes you usually aren't interested in, but you took a chance on and you really really liked the fanworks.

● You can comment with your recs on the day on the special posts that will go up on our Dreamwidthcommunity. (Anon commenting will allow anyone to participate, even if they don’t have an account.)
● Reply to the day’s tumblr post that will go up on our cap-ironman tumblr or the tweet on our cap-ironman twitter and add your recs to it.
● During rec week you can make a Tumblr-Post and tag it with #capimrecweek within the first five tags on the post. Please include the day’s theme you are reccing for somewhere in the body of the post. On the dedicated day we will reblog posts for the day’s theme on our community tumblr and later include them in the masterlist.

You can create as many works as you like across as many different mediums as you like! This is a no-pressure, low commitment challenge to encourage you to try something new, stretch your creativity, and check out other versions of Steve and Tony.

Small Universes cover so much — Amalgam, Warp World, Civil Warrior, Bullet Points, Marvel’s Avengers (2020 game), Contest of Champions, Iron Man: Armored Adventures, Manga-verse, Lego-verse and many, many more. Small universes feature all sorts of Steves and Tonies — cats and mice, teenagers, Tonies mourning Steves, toys having adventures, mash-ups of Cap and Iron Man with other heroes, what-if Steve or Tony never became superheroes, zombies, tsum tsums and anything under the sun! Go wild and you'll find a small universe that matches whatever you're thinking of.
