Cap-IM Holiday Season Event Reminders
As the 2019 Cap-IM Big Bang rounds off with the last few entries, we’d like to remind everyone about several ongoing events and some upcoming opportunities to take part in this holiday season.
We have hundreds of prompts waiting to be filled! You have until 27th December to pick as many prompts as you like and create gifts for the Cap-IM community and all its members to enjoy!
This is a low-stress, no-commitment event, and there are no minimum requirements for any of the fills. You can see the simple guidelines here.
Please read our event guidelines and consider signing up as a pinch-hitter if you’re willing to step to the plate - contact us at cap.im.events@gmail.com with the subject line “2019 Holiday Exchange Pinch-hitter”.
The Cap-IM remix relay signups will open in one week, so be on the lookout for our announcement post! We are still looking for starting works for our chains, so if you’re keen, please read this post and then send us your starting work.
Because of the speedy nature of this challenge, we encourage all and any available art and/or fic creators to sign-up as pinch-hitters in case of any drop-outs! You can sign up as a pinch-hitter without signing up to the relay itself.
To sign up as a pinch-hitter, just email the mods at cap.im.events@gmail.com with the subject line "2020 Remix Relay Pinch-hitter".
The Cap-IM Remix Exchange signups will open on 15th December!
If an author has to drop out, we will need pinch-hitters to step in and fulfill their assignment!
You don’t have to also be participating in the event to sign up as a pinch hitter, but please note that your gift must fulfill the Exchange requirements. Contact us at cap.im.events@gmail.com with the subject “2020 Remix Exchange Pinch-hitter” if you’d like to put your name down for this role.
