I made the following for a friend, to help clear her mind of bad art. It got me curious. The art is different for every arc, so we get a different Tony and a different Steve every few issues, but most people who read fic, or even just think about characters while they aren't reading comics, have a picture in their head that is their own representation of the character.

Steve didn't surprise me at all, I am very aware that I like him to look like a fucking tank. xD

Who is Tony and who is Steve in your head? What are your favorite looks? There are so many different variations of these guys, I'm really curious to see what some of you picture when you write and read!

Oh Lord, woobie doesn't even begin to cover it. There should be laws against eyes you can drown in.

And the kind of quiet intensity, the smouldering-ness of 2042 (I'm completely transported just listening to its soundtrack) is totally the dark!Tony of the last while.

Awesome in an oh-excuse-me-while-I-leave-my-jaw-on-the-floor-phwoar kind of way. I was so distracted I swear I didn't even get who he was supposed to be till the end. Very embarrassing once I realised.

I must admit to the not knowing as well.

It's kinda embarassing but...meh...distracted.

I get the impression that 1602!Steve was having a lot of fun playing around with Peter. Hell, it's Peter! EVERYONE likes to fuck with his head, it's like the supercommunity's national sport!
