Because yesterday I was bored and I had the What If? Civil War in mind, I thought I'd add a page to the story where Cap and Tony are married, having tea and keeping the space phantoms under close watch.

I think spazzy-looking Hank waving his hands and protesting "But, the space phantoms!" is my favorite part *grins* that, or Jarvis's deadpan "I'm sure master Tony will come as soon as humanly possible." And I love how Tony is naked or nearly so, while Steve is still in his uniform. Did Tony ask him to leave the mask on? *grins wider*

Anyway, perfect continuation. It could totally be canon!
(Tony: "I'm glad we worked things out" *thinks* because now we can have filthy sex in the monitor room
Steve: "So am I." *smirks a little as he thiks of filthy minotor-room sex, then blushes and looks away as he realizes that Tony is thinking of the same thing*)

The only question is, who initiated the sex that we all knew ensued, and that you've just so brilliantly showed us?

And re: who started the sex, it probably went like this:

STEVE: "I was thinking..."
TONY: "Yeah?"
STEVE: "To relieve some, you know, tension... We could-"
TONY: "We totally could! I was thinking the same thing!"
STEVE: "That's great! :DD I'll just-"
TONY: *drops armor and jumps on top of Steve* --> SEX HAPPENS!
TONY: "So, was this what you had in mind? :D"
STEVE: *dazed* "Actually... I was thinking more along the lines of an Avengers movie night."
TONY: "...Oh."
STEVE: "BUT THIS IS FINE TOO!"
