I came across this WWII picture today, and it just *cries out* to be a story inspiration for a story challenge.

I think it's almost better without the story behind it, because it's a mystery, but if you want some background, here's a link.

I remember seeing this guy and thinking "That's exactly how I pictured Steve Rogers." Y'know, aside from being Australian, and being a TV vet.
