Important Mod Post - All MEMBERS PLEASE READ!

Due to a number of RL circumstances, Panda and Myself find that we cannot mod this community adequately.
We would like all members interested in Mod position to pm us. We will put all the applicable candidates to a community voting by the end of the week. We hope that this transition can go as smoothly as possible.

Thanks for all your hard work! I'm really grateful for all the work you've done towards keeping the comm a good place to be. If our next mods are as dedicated as you guys, we will be very lucky. I hope your RL circumstances go well.

And thank you, too, for recognising when it's become a burden for you and being responsible enough to hand it off in good order, rather than just neglecting the job. <3

That reminds me of something I should have done last December, about anime communities since I left that fandom ancient ages ago, but my excuse is, I was waiting for the co-mods to reply, and I want to do it all at once because it's probably a good idea to freeze membership before announcing a vote, if one is to use polls, to keep out puppets.

we are still writing moth and our other projects. We just find that doing this on top of modding and our RL circumstances at present is too much.

I hope things are okay in RL for the both of you, and it's not anything too terribly serious. Whatever the case, you both have done a terrific job of moding, and this comm is certainly better for it. :hugs: and We adore Mizu. In my case it is undesirable living environment, Panda is a grad student with a lot of big expectations and between these things we foudn modding too stressful and that we couldn't continue to do right by the comm. We will both do our best to keep up our fics and are not leaving the community but stepping down so when we have spare time it can be used on our fics and art.

We have confidence the modship will transfer without a hitch.
