My question is, why Thor? Isn't he currently like, Vice-President of the 'I Hate Tony Stark' club right now?

Well, Steve and Tony weren't exactly on the best of terms either, when Steve died.

My guess is that even though Thor was angry at him, he still loves his friend. The two aren't mutually exclusive.
