OH. ART. PRETTY ART.

... (makes grabby hands) Why can't we get art of this level in some of the professional comics? Whyyyyy?

(stares at it for a while) ... Cap and Wanda have nice asses, don't they? (stares some more)

Actually, the art is from Ultimates 3

Joe Madueria. He was a mainstay artist doing the X titles in the early to mid 90s, and despite the dodgy story by Loeb, it was nice to see Jo Mad back. But the manip of the art and covers by skyearth85 are nicely done. She's gotten rid of that gold leaf effect (which was terrible). Congrats.

I am absolutely in love with your writing. Seriously, I see your name and I squee. This was no exception. I normally hate floaty, ambiguous stories but this was absolutely perfect. There's so much uncertainty, and room for doubt, and characters seeming to want to hold their breaths until something unspoken snaps. It just, GUH.

Obligatory favorite line, because it perfectly describes the ambiguity and beauty of it all:
"But there is an afterlife?"

"Yes. As many as there are people, perhaps." Thor spoke with utter certainty, as if he were talking about Chicago, and not some nebulous realm of angels.

That was amazing and beautiful and delicious. I loved the sweetness of it, the fact that there was nothing mind-blowing that had to happen to make them work. I also enjoyed Clint and Pietro's interactions so much :3 Your fic just made me want to ship them, oddly XD

And whoa. What art. WHOA.
Damn.
Wow.

This was quite enjoyable to read! Fics based on the Earth-1610 are love. <3 I like the way you write - it manages to grasp ones interest and doesn't let go. Also, is it totally wrong to want a 1610 Clint/Pietro fic? (Basically, anything for him to stop sleeping with his sister...)

The covers are great as well. I'm especially fond of the third one.

That was wonderful! I liked how the scenes were spliced together and how the story evolved. The Steve/Tony bits were lovely. I seriously couldn't stop reading. Which kind of conflicted with my having to write a 12-page paper this morning. But, you know, that's completely on me. :D

And pretty covers as well!

There's always something about your style that always stirs something in me. Maybe it's your descriptions, good enough to know what's happening yet not detailed enough to be bothersome, or perhaps your dialogues, or the understanding you've got of each character.
I don't know, but every single time I get to read something you wrote I end up...transported there, feeling things.
It's hard to describe, really, but I love it!

I stopped reading The Ultimates for various reasons but this makes me want to pick it up again.

What I adored about this story was how subtle the relationship between Steve and Tony progressed- Like a slow understanding that didn't need to be explained. I LOVED THAT!

This is excellent.
Honestly I read it days ago, but I still can't grasp the words I want.
The garden.
That's the key here. An artificial oasis, the hurricane's eye.
The characters enter the garden battered, and if they don't bring too much of the battle with them at one time... they begin to heal.
Bitter, sweet, patient and done with class.
Especially liked how you handled the sex and the intercourse (original meaning of the word) independently, but allowed the two to coexist whenever it made sense.
