After re-watching, it's actually when he's complaining about "giving a grown man Motrin". Wow, Tony, you got up on the wrong side of the toilet today, buddy.

I am minded of one of my favorite scenes in the Shoebox Project (HP fandom), but... yeah, lines tend to get drawn at vomit mouth. Especially when he's treating her so poorly.

Yeah, that was part of the novelization ( or possibly first draft of script). It's a great read, if you're looking for additional awesome stuff.
