Maybe he and Peggy won't really "get together" in this movie? Like, flirt and such, but not anything that would make it creepy for Sharon later.

That would actually suit me right down to the ground. Seeing something like that, where she gets to stand on her own feet (possibly even shooting him down!) would be amaaaaaaaazing.
